With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maria Lourdes De Ocampo of Glenview, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 29, 2025 at the age of 67. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Maria Lourdes De leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Bezaleel De Ocampo; and her brother Emmanuel Ebreo (Janet). She is survived by: her children, Mariebhez Troksa (Jeffrey) and James Florian De Ocampo; her siblings, Edgardo Ebreo (Minerva), Jane Szsczebywlok (Walter), Radito Jose Ebreo (Rose Novenario) and Randall Ebreo (late Melba); and her pet Batman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at 6900 S Cass Ave, Darien, IL 60561.
