He was predeceased by: his father Walter Ring; and his brother-in-law Tim O'Neill. He is survived by: his mother Charlene Ring; his sister Karen O'Neill; his nephews, Brian and Sean O'Neill; and his significant other Tracy LeVine.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the N. H. Scott & Hanekamp Funeral Home (1240 Waukegan Rd, Glenview, IL 60025).
