She is survived by: her children, Gary Kozlowski, Jamie Kozlowski (Patty) and Dan Kozlowski (Linda); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Bill), Brian, Brett, Timmy (Samantha), Kevin (Justine), Kristin and Brianna; and her pet Lucca.
