Peter touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Demitrios, Evangelia and Kosta; and his spouse Chrysanthie Margetis. He is survived by: his daughters, Renee Post (late Gregory) and Alesia Papastathis (Steven); and his grandsons, Peter and Theodore. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ryan-Parke Funeral Home (120 S NW Hwy, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral (1017 N. LaSalle Blvd., Chicago, IL).
