We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2025, at the age of 95, Richard Cholewa (Glenview, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Richard leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home (1104 Waukegan Rd, Glenview, IL 60025). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 1775 Grove St, Glenview, IL 60025. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Maryhill Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
