He is survived by: his wife Cathey; his children, Liesl (Matthew) and Adam (Sheri); his stepchildren, Megan (Phil) and Martin; his grandchildren, Riley, Lydia, Xavier and Jacob; his sister Nadine (David); his nephews, Noah (Iseasa) and Benjamin; and his niece Dana (Rowan).
