Shirley C. Finn Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2025, at the age of 78, Shirley C. Finn of Glenview, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley C. Finn to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Finn; her parents, Alexander Check and Olga Check (Sulin); and her siblings, Alexis Fortune and Linda Hartmann.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Finn (Miranda), Kathryn Laidley (Michael) and Melinda Finn; her stepchildren, Hedy Holleran (Finn) and Kim Palermo (Finn); and her grandchildren, Molly, Forrest, Aidan Laidley, Murphymaeve and Vaughn Holleran. She is also survived by her kids, grandchildren, nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM at 1775 Grove St, Glenview, IL 60025. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Shirley's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
