She was predeceased by: her husband Frank DiStefano; her parents, Josephine Lucania and Jack Lucania; and her brother Tony Lucania. She is survived by: her children, Frank DiStefano (Angie), Pia Messineo (Andrea) and Susan May (Tom); her brother Phil Lucania (Annette); her sister-in-law Carmela Lucania; her grandchildren, Jennifer Aiello (Michael), Tracy Coleman (John), Joe Messineo (Nicole), Frank Messineo, Gabrielle Messineo (John Finneran), Jacqueline Dwiel (Justin) and Frank May (Kelsey); and her great grandchildren, Giuliana, Alessandro, Emilia, Sophie, Chloe, Cara, Ettore and Josie.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the N. H. Scott & Hanekamp Funeral Home (1240 Waukegan Rd, Glenview, IL 60025). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
