He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Beatrice; his parents, Wiliam Carey Milligan and Mary Laurine; and his siblings, Eileen Buening, Maureen Kelly (late Terry), Kathy Magiera (John) and Terese Byrne.
He is survived by: his children, Kaileen Cox (Matthew), Peter, Casey (Mattie) and Kristel Milligan; and his grandchildren, Maisie and Rylee Cox. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Gibbons Funeral Home (134 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
