He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his children, Lisa Rinearson (Ted), Martin Harper (Miranda), Therese Cebular (Louie) and Matthew Harper; his grandchildren, Connor, Nolan, Brody, Brayden, Audrey, Reese, Mila and Louis; and his siblings, Michael Harper (Janet), Joseph Harper (Lucy), Gregory Harper (Cindy), Kathy Mulcahy (Tim), Mary Wright (Jack), Anne Mancini (John) and Therese. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
