Vella Denise Davis Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Sr. Davis and Ora Geneva Davis. She is survived by: her children, Najwa L. Davis Dobrez (Anthony J. Dobrez) and Robert "Ravè" K Davis-Pearce; her grandchildren, Kassandra, Madeline, Liliana, Julia, Winter, Jaqueline, Serena, Devontè, Ravè, Brendyn and Dakari; and her siblings, Mary Kizer, Lillie Barr, Herbert Davis Jr., Malika Shaheed (Jamal Sr.), Johnny Davis, Ora Hardaway (Josh) and Bessie Davis.

She trained under legends at ETA Creative Arts Foundation, including Okoro Harold Johnson, Abena Joan Brown, and Runako Jahi, performing in numerous productions with passion and skill.
