She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Rotsch and Anna Rotsch (Borchers); her husband John L. Starbuck of Paul's Lutheran Church; her daughter Kathy Davis; and her great grandchild Gabriel Starbuck.
She is survived by: her sons, John R. Starbuck (Fonda) of Wood River and Tom Starbuck of Alton, IL.; her grandchildren, Craig Starbuck (Casey) of Wildwood, MO, Melissa Harrop (Randy) of Bethalto, IL and Michelle Mitchell (Jacob) of Moro, IL.; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Madelyn, Joshua, Nora, Callum and Reed. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
