It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard Lucian Peipert (Godfrey, Illinois), who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father William; his wife Mae Warden; his brothers, William, Jr., Preston (Pep) and Bob Peipert; his children, Mary Ellen, John, Larry, Benny and Mark; and his daughter-in-law Rosemary.

He is survived by : his daughters, Shelly Peipert and Jill Wegescheide (Steve); his daughters-in-law, Nancy Wendle (Denis) and Becky Wilson (Karry); his grandchildren, Devin Peipert (Victoria), Molly Peipert (Jeff Lehmann), Adam Peipert (Brooke), Monica Emde, Scott Peipert, Elizabeth Coe (Ben), Maggie Monahan (Scott), Matthew Wegescheide and Andy Wegescheide; and his great grandchildren, Harrison Peipert, George Lehmann, Hazel Peipert, Juniper Peipert, Tucker Emde, Mazie Emde, Wren Peipert, William Monahan and Jack Monahan.
