She was predeceased by: her parents, Meredith Bernard and Hazel Katherine Edwards (Diffenderffer). She is survived by: her children, Brent E. Vanata of Godfrey, IL and Ronda K. Vanata of Owensboro, KY; and her half-sister Billie Powell of Colchester, IL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
