She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford Cook and Ruby Elizabeth Cook (Chick); her son James D. Harris; and her siblings, Reanee Rister and Don Slaughter.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry M. Harris of Godfrey; and her grandsons, Ryan Harris of Godfrey, Rusty Harris of Godfrey and Steven Harris of Godfrey.
