She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert E. Marshall and Jenny Marshall (Grammer); her brother Herbert Marshall (Lois); and her nephew Robert Marshall. She is survived by: her husband James Bailey Sr.; her children, James Bailey Jr. (Paula) of East Alton, IL and Cheri Cooper (Jeff) of University City, MO; her grandchildren, Megan Bailey (Eian), Lindsey Bailey (Will), Jackson Cooper, Ella Cooper and Evan Cooper; and her nieces, Janet Mittendorf and Carol Racey (Alan).

Memorials are suggested to the Women's Club at Godfrey Methodist Church.
