She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert E. Marshall and Jenny Marshall (Grammer); her brother Herbert Marshall (Lois); and her nephew Robert Marshall. She is survived by: her husband James Bailey Sr.; her children, James Bailey Jr. (Paula) of East Alton, IL and Cheri Cooper (Jeff) of University City, MO; her grandchildren, Megan Bailey (Eian), Lindsey Bailey (Will), Jackson Cooper, Ella Cooper and Evan Cooper; and her nieces, Janet Mittendorf and Carol Racey (Alan).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home - Godfrey (1313 W Delmar Ave, Godfrey, IL 62035). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Women's Club at Godfrey Methodist Church.
