It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene Bennett of Godfrey, Illinois, born in Medora, Illinois, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Franklin Bennett and Ada Bennett (Gross). He is survived by : his wife Sharon Bennett (Pointer); and his sister-in-law Betty Bennett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church of Medora.
