She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustave Schmid and Matilda Schmid (Kanter); her son Richard Conway; and her sisters, Marie Pearson and Louise Clower.
She is survived by: her son Dale P. Conway (Mary) of Louisburg, NC; her granddaughters, Beth Garnett of Eastern, NC, Kristin Moore of Eastern, NC, Erin Walker of Eastern, NC and Courthey Harrell of Eastern, NC; and her niece Diana Grable of Godfrey. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
