He was predeceased by: his parents, John K. Kennedy and Verlie J. Kennedy (Bennett); his children, Mary Ann, John Robert (Bob) and Geoffrey Todd; his parents-in-law, Leon and Jean Groshans; and his sister Partha Lobberecht.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Dawn Fisch (Tom) of Turtle Lake, WI; his stepchildren, Tyler Frakes (Ashley) of Buffalo Grove, IL and Salina Yowell (Mark) of Godfrey, IL; his grandchildren, Jack, Jared, Justin Kennedy, Devon, Austin Yowell, Olive and Simon Frakes; his siblings, Gary, Mark (Liz), Bennett (Lisa), Matthew Kennedy and Danna Cummings; and his siblings-in-law, Kathleen, Tom Stice, Deborah and Chris Marcussen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
