She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Palazzolo and Josephine Palazzolo (Mormino). She is survived by: her husband Eugene Koehne of Patrick's Catholic Church; her son James Koehne of Godfrey, IL; and her brother John Palazzolo (Glenda).

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church or to a charity of one's choice.
