He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Evelyn Carter and Hise; his wife Dorothy M. Mathews; his grandson Aaron Boren of Godfrey; his siblings, James Boren (Frances) of Godfrey, Marion Sanders of Godfrey and Rosa Berkel of Alton; his sisters-in-law, Deloris Boren of Brighton and Carol Mathews-Martinis of Texas; his daughters, Linda M. Boren and Mary E. Boren; and his brothers, Dennis Boren and Henry Boren.
