We announce the death of Jacqueline Ruyle of Godfrey, Illinois, who passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 70. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Lehman and Maxine Lehman (Roberts); her sister Rhonda Lehman; and her father-in-law Frank Ballard. She is survived by: her boyfriend Jeff Ballard; her children, Jacquee Schilling (Shaun) of Godfrey and Richie Ruyle (Leah) of Jerseyville; her grandchildren, Brenden Ruyle, Kylee Cassens (Ryan), Inara Schilling and Delany Schilling; her great grandchild Liam Cassens; and her sisters, Deni Demmer (Dave) of Jerseyville and Glenda Rose of Jerseyville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Paynic Home For Funerals (618 E Airline Dr, East Alton, IL 62024). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the 5 A's animal shelter in Alton, to honor Jacquee's love for dogs.
