He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Mooney and Jane "Farrell" Mooney; his son Brian Fitzgerald; and his former wife Barb Mooney. He is survived by: his wife Barbara June; his son Shawn Michael (Nikki Mooney); his grandchildren, Payton, Samuel and Olivia; and his siblings, Bob (Cheryl Mooney), Jane (Ron Bemis), Bryan (Bonnie Mooney), Joan (Jack Clayton), Judy (Patrick Hanses), Joyce (Mark Dorsey), Jennifer Brinson and Janet (Bill Saulich). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family, dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, and in keeping with Jack's expressed wishes, memorial contributions may be directed toward the future educational funds of his grandchildren.
