Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Leslie Jean Schulz of Godfrey, Illinois, born in Wood River, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 72, on April 10, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester E. Albers and Stella Maxine Albers (Chapman); her husband Donald J. Schulz; and her siblings, Eldon Hallows, Ramona Maronie and Alita Albers.

She is survived by : her children, James Brian Davis of Alton, Kirstin Schulz (Mark) of Godfrey and Rebecca Schulz of Alton; her granddaughter Miranda Walters (Nathan Hollingsworth) of St. Louis; her siblings, Rochelle "Chelley" Moore of East Alton, Kim Albers (Brenda) of Dongola, Gary Carter (David Kinder) of St. Louis and Edwin Hollows of Wood River; and her close friend Debbie Lewis of Brighton.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home - Godfrey (1313 W Delmar Ave, Godfrey, IL 62035). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (419 E 4th St, Alton, IL 62002).

Memorials are suggested to the 5A's Animal Shelter.
