He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Charles and Violet Cecile Howell (Ducommun); and his brother David Howell. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Howell (Evans); his daughters, Sue Ane Harris (Melvin) of Bethalto and Cynthia Marie Woodrum (Steve) of Henderson, NV; his grandchildren, Melissa Walsh (Tyler), Sonora Woodrum and Erin Woodrum; and his great grandchildren, Amelia and Harrison Walsh.
