He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia A. Ballard. He is survived by: his father Lloyd A. Ballard; his wife Patricia L. Ballard; his children, Brent Panyik (Kacey), Michael Sheffield (Katie), Suzanne Stock (Mike) and Thomas Ballard; his grandchildren, Tyler Tharp, Trevor Panyik, Nick Sheffield, Kendall Panyik, Aubrey Sheffield and Jacob Stock; his great grandchild Liam Tharp; and his brothers, Geno Ballard (Debbie) and Richard Ballard (Nancy).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home - Godfrey (1313 W Delmar Ave, Godfrey, IL 62035). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
In honor of Bob's lifelong commitment to service and community, memorial donations may be made to Shriner's Hospitals, Illinois Masonic Outreach Services, Air Force Aid Society, and St. Jude.
