Mildred Duncan Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Duncan of Golconda, Illinois, who passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Rixie and Blanche Rixie (Swinford); her son Phillip Duncan; her grandchildren, Phillip Noel Duncan, Josh Duncan, Tricia Duncan and Vanessa Nichols; and her siblings, David Atkinson, Gene Atkinson, Johnny Atkinson and Lovelace Cowsert.

She is survived by : her children, Jonathan Duncan (Nikki) of Golconda, IL, Larry Duncan (Patty) of Bay City, IL, Phyllis Nichols of Houston, TX and Linda Duncan of Golconda, IL; her sister Beulah Hayden (Jack) of Rosiclare, IL; her daughter-in-law Suzanna Duncan (Seventeen) of Golconda, IL; and her grandchildren, Teresa Nichols, Jason Nichols, Timmy Nichols, Nikita Shoulta, Jody Werner, Lindsey Tirey, Greta Cross, Miranda Campbell, Meagan Reed, Shelby Jeffords, Logan Duncan, Garrett Sayge, Jared Sayge, Jordan Sayge, Ginger Sayge, Georgia Sayge and Justin Sayge. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
