Charles L. Connor Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2023, at the age of 86, Charles L. Connor of Good Hope, Illinois, born in Walnut, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Connor and Ruth Connor (Furniss); his wife Betty C. Pieper; his great grandchild Skyler Spangler; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Palm and Kevin Dedert.

He is survived by: his children, Pam Burkholder (Rod Johnson) of Burlington, IA, Charles Connor Jr. of Springfield, IL, Barb Smith (Lon) of Biggsville, IL and Mark Connor (Jennifer) of Donnellson, IA; his grandchildren, Michelle Wolfe (Shane), Larry Burkholder, Kerry Badtram (Michael), Nicole Spangler Clarke, Joshua Connor and Breanna Connor; his siblings, Duane Connor (Cathy) of Vermont, IL, Marilyn Palm of Ipava, IL and Janice Dedert of Cantrall, IL; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Pieper of Bushnell, IL and Evelyn Goodin of Rockford, IL; and his aunt Rosie Lorton. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
