He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Head and Helen Goff Head. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Jean McNeeley; his daughter Becky Jean Head of Good Hope; his grandson Troy Emmett Carey; and his great grandchild Vaida Carey.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials may be made to the Good Hope Fire and Rescue Squad.
