He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Steven Sauder. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sauder; his children, Victoria Hill, Joshua Hill, Nathaneal Hill and Lillia Hill; his siblings, Ralph Hill, Bruce Hill, Cindy Gregory and Mary Rath; his aunt Carol Vogel; and his mother-in-law Vicki Sauder.

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the Jeffrey Lee Hill Memorial Fund established at Goodfield State Bank.
