As we bid adieu to Jody's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Jody has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding us through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by : her father Clarke Smith; and her son Timothy Smith. She is survived by : her mother Norma Kiblinger Smith of Goodfield; her son Christian Smith; her sister Angela Smith (Brian Fields) of Washington; and her pet Lil Bit.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Luke's Catholic Church (904 Reagan Dr, Eureka, IL 61530). A rosary was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
