He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William, Maurine Kuntz, Wilbur and Mildred Heinold. He is survived by: his parents, Dave Kuntz and Pat Kuntz (Heinold); his wife Katy Kuntz (Logue); his children, Violet, Melody and Isaiah; his sisters, Angie Edwards (Clay) and Christy Bauman (Justin); and his nieces and nephews, Ivy, Mya, Sage Edwards, Zoe, Bentley and Paisley.
