She was predeceased by: her father Gary Perry; her brother Matthew Holder; her stepfather Lee Boner; her grandparents, Clyde E. Brewer, Clara Faye Perry and Ernest Perry; and her cousin Jimmy Morrison.
She is survived by: her husband David Duringer; her children, Savannah Duringer and Chance Duringer; her mother Karen Boner; her siblings, Theb Sexton (Melody Fo), Kim Chamness and Nadia Boner; her nieces and nephews, David Winicky, Allison Chamness and Teddy Sexton; and her pet Apollo. She is also survived by other relatives, dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Boskydell Baptist Church, Trinity Lutheran Church, the American Cancer Society, or the Heather Treat Memorial Fund.
