Calvin LeRoy Pearce Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Calvin LeRoy Pearce of Goreville, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 3, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Calvin and Belle Pearce (Gurley); and his siblings, Tressie Colombo, Geneva King, Wanda Bradley, Violet Billingsley, Eugene Pearce, Robert Pearce and Larry Pearce.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Pearce (Hodgdon) of Goreville; his children, Rhonda Podlesak of Mesa, Tammy Pearce of Burbank, Scott Pearce (Jill) of Crown Point, Richard Larson (Vanessa) of Louisville and Trina Samson (Henry) of Richton Park, Illinois; and his brother Jerry Pearce (Lynn) of Manteno. He is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home (705 N 1st St, Vienna, IL 62995). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
