With sadness, we share the passing of Curtis Vernon Craig of Goreville, Illinois. Curtis, born on December 11, 1935, passed away on September 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Craig and Wynita Craig; his wife Mary Lou; his grandson Eric Roberg; and his brother Gregory Craig.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Roberg (Roger) of Beaufort and Tammy Sheehan (Jim) of Benton, Illinois; his grandchildren, Isaac Roberg (Jenny), Lindsay Roberg (Jim), Amanda Yates (Brandon) and Tysen Yates (Jen); and his great grandchildren, Liam, Lucas, Mila, Elijah, Colten, Greyson, Bennett, Maddox and Madison.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Blue Funeral Home - Goreville (812 S Broadway, Goreville, IL 62939). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Lick Creek Apostolic Church.
