We are sad to announce that, on November 14, 2025, at the age of 60, Michael Phillip Qualls of Goreville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Gerald P. Qualls; his wife Raquel Metzger Qualls; his grandparents, Pearl, Geneva Isringhausen, Robert and Dora Qualls; his aunt Patricia Arbeiter (Qualls); and his uncle James Qualls.
He is survived by: his mother Lois M. Qualls (Isringhausen) of Goreville; his son Kannon P. Qualls of St. Louis; his sister Stacey Kuebrich (Frank) of Jerseyville, Illinois; his niece Alexis M. Kuebrich of Jerseyville, Illinois.; Ashlynne Dietrich. He is also survived by family members and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Goreville Athletics or the Heather Treat Memorial Fund.
