He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bartlett and Mary Lou Bartlett (Travelstead); his brothers, Mike Bartlett and Bill Bartlett; his niece Colleen Bartlett; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Margaret Girtman.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Bartlett (Girtman); his son Jason Bartlett (Nicole); his grandchildren, Rachel Turner, Jackson Bartlett, Emma Bartlett and RyLynn Bartlett; his brother Dave Bartlett (Misty); his sister-in-law Rose Bartlett; his nephews, Jeff Bartlett and Bill Bartlett (Lisa); and his great-nieces, Jessica Harris and Faith Iler. He is also survived by several extended family members and dear friends.
