She was predeceased by: her stepfathers, Richard "Dick" Whiton and Walter "Bud" Ridder; and her parents-in-law, Carol Sue and Frederick William "Fritz" Pohlman Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Rollie Madison and Janice Madison (Miller) of Jerseyville; her stepmother Marj Madison of Des Moines, Iowa; her husband Fred Pohlman of Grafton; her sons, Frederick William Pohlman IV (Jordynn) of Valley Park, Sam Pohlman (Emily) of Golden Eagle and Luke Pohlman (Stacia Dick) of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; her granddaughter Eleanor; her siblings, Jana Madison of Altoona, Iowa and Rollie; and her sister-in-law Jaime Madison of Spring Lake, Michigan.
Memorials may be given to Riverbend Humane Society, Jersey Community High School Band Boosters, or Here's to Reading—little libraries throughout Jersey County that provide free access to workstations, internet, and books for those in need.
