He is survived by: his wife Sue Kuipers; his brother Bob; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Shakespeare of Florida and Nancy Wagner (Wayne) of Creal Springs, Illinois; and his nieces and nephews, Tony Wagner (Clay) of Florida, Scott Wagner (Angela) of New Burnside, Geoffrey Durham of Karnak, Illinois, Tamara Rodd (Jim) of Florida, Amber Wagner (John) of Vienna, Kimberly Ilbery (Mike) of Creal Springs, Randi Cooper of Wisconsin and Melanie Haas.
