He was predeceased by : his parents, Delbert Mayer and Janette Watson Mayer. He is survived by : his wife Kimberly Ann Gallivan Mayer; his daughters, Melissa Shepard (Dustin) of Jonesboro, Andrea Mayer of Grand Chain and Stacey Mayer of Herrin, Illinois; his grandchildren, Calen Williams, Brenden Mayer, Aiden and Jayce Shepard; his sisters, Linda Myler (Jimmy) of Paoli and Brenda; his brother-in-law Bob Daniels; his uncles, Bill Turner, David Watson and Richard McMunn; and his aunt Erma Watson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Concord Cemetery and may be mailed to Treesa Sauerbrunn, 682 Bethlehem Rd, Olmsted, Illinois 62970.
