She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Fedash and Anna Fedash (Dzurisko); her husband Robert E. Black; and her brother Thomas Fedash. She is survived by : her grandchildren, Jason, Nathan, Austin, Cody, Dalton Black, Jonathan LaValle and Dax Unz; her daughters, Diane Black of Tinley Park and Linda Pfalzgraf of Streator; her brother Richard Fedash of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.; and her children, Cheryl Vogel and James "Jimmy" Black. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home (301 S Park St, Streator, IL 61364). A rosary was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 6:45 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Parish Church (407 S Park St, Streator, IL 61364).
