He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Mullin (Donna) of Florida and Sue Fredericks (William) of Streator; his wife Jessie Sullivan; his children, Joseph Stier (Mackenzie) of Newton, IA, Matthew Stier (Gemma) of Streator, IL and Julia Manley (Joseph) of Minonk, IL; his grandchildren, Austin, Alliyah, Quintin, Catherine, Harley, Joshua and Veronica; his sisters, Victoria Turner (Mike) of Princeton, IL and Melissa Fredericks of Chicago, IL; his half-brother Craig Mullin of Florida; and his stepsisters, Dawn McCormick of Florida and Peggy Hull of Florida.
