She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Blair and Alice Blair (Jenkins); her former husband Donald Jensen Sr.; her husband Kenneth Hammack; her granddaughter Gabrielle Elizabeth Jensen; and her sister Janice Koetz.
She is survived by: her son Donald Jensen; her sons-in-law, David Marquardt and John Chonowski; her grandsons, Micah Jensen, Elijah Detwiler and Roger Bedeker; and her brother John Blair (Charlotte) of Ransom. She is also survived by mother, and best friend to her children.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grand Ridge Funeral Home (125 Sylvan Ave, Grand Ridge, IL 61325). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
