He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Beulah; and his wife Peggy. He is survived by: his children, Lori Bronnbauer (John) of Granite City, John Nash (Sue Butler) of Granite City and Jeff Nash (Michelle) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Luke Zabotka, Andi Zabotka, Zach Nash, Tyler Nash and Isaac Nash; and his sister Regina Fox of Indianapolis, IN..
