With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Aubrey Russell of Granite City, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 16, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Russell and Leona Russell (Morgan); his wife Evelyn Russell; and his children, Bobby Russell, Tammy Myint and Cynthia "Cindy" Tucker.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Amanda Vivod (Michael) of Granite City, Illinois, Robert Tucker (Jennifer) of Granite City, Illinois, Kassie Bettag (Joe) of Troy, Illinois, Raymond Myint (Stephanie) of Belleville, IL and Timothy Myint of Granite City, IL.; his great grandchildren, Chase Tucker, Carter Vivod, Aiden Vivod, Gavin Vivod, Joey Bettag, Makenna Bettag, Noah Bettag, Jaden Beatte (Michael) and Nyla Viglasky; and his brother Norman Russell (Cindy) of Staunton, Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
