She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin R. Merry and Bessie Merry (Dismang); and her children, Dolphine Andrews, Adolph Ponder Jr. and Danny Ponder.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Rickert of Granite City, Tammy Bickell Ponder, Doreen Giger of Troy, IL, Lindsay N. Scott of Jacksonville, FL, Tom Ponder of Troy, IL and Nicholas A. Scott of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
