We are sad to announce that, on February 24, 2023, at the age of 63, Becky Ann Schmieg of Granite City, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Becky Ann Schmieg to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jimmy" Gibbs and Emily L. Gibbs (Sowada); and her brother Michael Gibbs. She is survived by: her son Aaron Schmieg (Jamie Kristiansen) of Granite City; her siblings, Susan (Ronald Medley), Jeneanne (Kim Fock), Barry (Cindy Gibbs), Christy (Robert Staicoff) and Jeffrey (Sabrina Gibbs); her godchildren, Emily Staicoff Johnson and Kyle Gibbs; and her grandchildren, Brandon and Ashley. She is also survived by many nieces; nephews; other extended family and friends.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer's Association.
