He was predeceased by : his parents, Manuel Rios and Catalina Rios (Ramirez); his wife Rose Ann Kismer Richardson (Shambro); his daughters, Helen Gonzalez and Mary Jane Rios; and his siblings, Jesse, Joe, Jack, Danny and Romona.

He is survived by : his children, Victoria Jacinto (Antonio) of Irvington, IL, Katherine Guerrero (Vidal) of Glen Carbon, IL, Josephine Rios of Springfield, MO and Jean Marie Rios of Granite City, IL. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Memorial donations may be given to Holy Family Catholic Church or to Catholic Charities. Donations will be accepted at the funeral chapel or church.
