He is survived by : his mother Sandy Taylor (Stagner); his stepfather William Taylor of St. Louis, MO; his children, Justin Zagar of Crystal City, MO and Mistie Mueller of Imperial, MO; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Dawson, Tristan and Waylon; his brother Nick Patrick of Berkley, MO; his former life partner Vicki Zagar of Imperial, MO; and his caregiver Cindy Cotton of Granite City.
