Carole Elaine McGee Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Carole Elaine McGee of Granite City, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Joseph and Irene Mangi (Bagi); her husband Daniel J. "Danny" McGee of Mark's Catholic Church; and her siblings-in-law, Cheryl Mangi, Rosemary McGee, Mary Ann Huntstein and Tom McGee.
She is survived by: her children, Michael McGee of Granite City, Christine McGee of Granite City and John McGee (Connie) of Fairview Heights; her grandchildren, Timothy McGee and Anna McGee; and her siblings, Joyce Tite of Edwardsville, Larry Mangi of Granite City and Terry Mangi (Kathryn) of Granite City. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel (3960 Maryville Rd, Granite City, IL 62040). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church (2300 Pontoon Rd, Granite City, IL 62040).
Memorials may be made to St. Elizabeth Catholic Church or for Masses.
